Violetta Lorentzou (b.1997, Greece) is a London-based multidisciplinary artist working across photography, moving image, performance, and installation.
Her practice explores the psychological and social dimensions of domestic space, reflecting on how communities confront crisis, loss, and transformation.
Through re-staging, collage, and reconstruction, she creates spaces that oscillate between safety and exposure, intimacy and estrangement.
Her work has been shown in group exhibitions in London and Athens, including presentations related to the University of the Arts London and independent art platforms.
She holds a BA in Theory and History of Art and an MA in Photography from the University of the Arts London.
Her background in film studies and art history informs her visually cinematic approach and her focus on narrative, collective memory, and emotional infrastructure.
She currently lives and works in London, developing new work that extends her research on the politics of domestic architecture.
